We're passionate about promoting active living for all ages. Our offerings include fun and educational sports camps designed to introduce kids to various sports and develop their athletic abilities, as well as invigorating fitness group training sessions for adults looking to improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
MULTI-SPORT CAMP

Looking for some fun and games during the school holiday for your kids? We are able to come to your location to conduct a sports and games camp for your kids! Minimum of 10 kids to start so gather your friends' and neighbours' kids as well! If you are unable to find 10 kids, just mention your location and availability and we will try to fill up the numbers.

We are a team of highly competitive athletes who have been playing multiple competitive sports since young. Also, we have experience conducting multiple kids camps in the past so we are highly qualified to organise camps for your kids.

Sports include dodgeball, frisbee, captain's ball, tennis (if court is accessible) etc. Games include pictionary, charades, treasure hunt etc.

FITNESS & CONDITIONING
When it comes to doing any sport, fitness and strength training and conditioning plays a key role in ensuring that you stay injury free.

We are competitive athletes who have been competing at a high level since young hence we have gone through the right program to ensure that our bodies stay in tip-top condition.We are equipped with the knowledge and skillset to improve your overall fitness and health. Just let us know if have specific fitness goals that you would like to achieve and we will cater a fitness program just for you!
We provide specialised fitness programs for both seniors and kids, backed by the necessary experience and certifications to deliver safe and effective training.
